Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actor for more than 20 years. She has portrayed Tiffany Wilson in 2004's White Chicks, Danielle Brooks on USA Network TV series Covert Affairs and The Dr. Amber Volakis for Fox House as well as House the House. Lura Grant is on HBO Big Love. Francine Hanson is on AMC Mad Men. Anne Dudek has gained fame as an American actress for portraying Tiffany Wilson in White Chicks, a 2004 comedy. Her other roles include her roles on television as the character Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek is an Massachusetts resident who went to Northwestern University. It was there that she got her debut acting role, on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle. The award was presented to her as the Joseph E. Caloway Award for her outstanding performance in this New York City production. American Theater Magazine also featured Dudek in their list of 10 theatre actors who should be watched. Dudek eventually landed performances on television as well as the large screen. Between 2008 and 2016, the talented actress was married to Matthew Heller. Dudek was was born in Boston Massachusetts, on March 22 in 1975. Her family was from Newton. Her early years were spent in Newton, where she was a student at Northwestern University. She appeared in a variety of theater shows and also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain. In the following year she won with the Connecticut Critics Circle Award, for her role in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama comedy she was a part of. She's guest-starred since then on a range of programs, such as Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. Additionally, she played Lucinda in the first episode of Psych. In the following episode, she was the role of a teacher at high school with romance with one of her students in Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek was then cast as Amber Volakis, one of 40 physicians that Dr. Gregory House was considering for permanent jobs in his medical staff. This began in the Season 4 of the show. The character was on the show throughout the entire year before being killed off during the final episode of the series, Heart and Head. House saw her again as an illusion on the Saviors episode in season five. Dudek later appeared in Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson and in Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wife, both with recurring characters. Dudek played the role of a woman as a character in Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of main character. Dudek has also been seen in films as the character of cruise-line heir Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
