Holly-Hunter
Holly Hunter (born Holly Hunter) is an American actor and producer. She has gained recognition for her stellar roles in films such as Broadcast News The Firm The Piano, and The Incredibles. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, like an Oscar for the film Piano. Actresses have a long history of working on Broadway off-Broadway, Broadway and various productions. Acting has always been her love of life. In fifth grade, she was cast as Helen Keller in an original play. In the fifth grade, due to mumps, she lost hearing in the left ear. She did not allow that to stop her. She was a drama major at the college after which she moved to Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania to New York City to follow her goals. Hunter was introduced to Beth Henley by chance in an lift. Together they composed Broadway Crimes of the Heart. The play was Hunter's first acting debut. When she moved to Los Angeles, she began looking for roles in films. Her first film role was as an actress supporting the lead character of Swing Shift. In the years since, she has been in many television series and movies throughout a span of over three decades. Holly Hunter is a Hollywood Walk of Fame famous person and has been awarded the Women in Film Lucy Award.
